This modifies the existing Night Eye spell to be more realistic and allow it to be useful for lighting mods that make Skyrim darker.You can pick any two of these effects, and use them for the night vision/thermal vision abilities SNE is now (v4.1+) compatible with Predator Vision by Gopher.
